The ZK marketplace has wonderful, enthusiastic shoppers who love the fiber arts! Every year, retreat-goers rank the marketplace as one of their favorite retreat events!
The ZK2016 marketplace will be Saturday June 4th, 2016 at the Doubletree Hotel in Rochester, MN.
Vendor Set-up is 6-9:30AM
Inter-Vendor shopping (limit of 1 booth helper can shop) is 9:30AM-10AM
Private retreat attendee shopping is 10AM-Noon
Lunch break is Noon-1PM
Free admission public shopping is 1-3PM
Take-down is 3-4PM
* 10x10ft Booth rental fees will be $70 plus a required prize donation of $30 value.
* 8ft skirted tables are available at $15/table, and electricity is $5
* You may request multiple 10x10ft booths, and multiple tables
* All vendors/companies must be listed on application (if sharing)
* There are NO refunds on booth rental fees, but table and electricity fees are refundable before April 30, 2016.
* Vendors interested in attending the whole retreat will be offered and invoiced for retreat spots after selected. As we have retreat spots set aside for vendors, vendors should only sign up for the retreat prior to market selection if they were interested in attending regardless of being included in the market.
We are accepting applications through October 1, 2015. Contracts will then be sent out and official announcements made.
