On Mon Sept 8th, if we have exceeded our limit, there will be a first-come first-served public wait list.
* 2015 Retreat fees are $90 and are non-transferable.
* Cancellation policy: if you need to cancel before Jan 1, 2015, you will get a 50% refund: $45. There are no refunds once it is 2015.

* You book your own lodging, and it is not included in the retreat fee. Our group has discounted rates for the Kahler Grand Hotel and Marriott. Both hotels are centrally located for the retreat ballroom. You can choose to book a hotel room at these rates, or choose to stay at a different hotel or off-site.
