Retreat Details:
Retreat fees for 2014 are $90 for both those staying at the hotel, and day pass.
The retreat fee is due at sign-up and is non-refundable, as it is needed to pay for the ball room.
For those staying at the hotel:
We are staying at the Kahler Grand Hotel.
* Hotel charges are in addition to the retreat fees and are paid on check-out.
* To secure your hotel room, you will be directed in early 2014 to call-in and provide the hotel with a credit card to hold your room.
* Roommate requests and assignments will be handled in early 2014.
Group discount hotel rates are less expensive than 2013 because they do not include the retreat fee that you are paying up front.
* Single occupancy is $100 a night including taxes. There is a $10 a day parking (removed upon request).
3 nights at single occupancy is $330 or $300 without parking.
* Double occupancy is $50 a night including taxes. There is a $10 a day parking for 1 car (removed upon request). You can find your own roommate, or we can assign one (as available).
3 nights at double occupancy is $165 or $150 without parking.
* You can optionally add Wednesday June 18th for the same daily rate. If you have a roommate, you will both need to arrive early to get the double occupancy rate.

Sign-ups: Sign-ups for ZK2014 started Friday Sept 6th.
Sign-ups will remain open until all spaces are filled. After Dec 31, 2013, you can no longer book the hotel through us, and only day passes will be available.
If we reach capacity, a first-come first-served wait-list will be created.
